Xcode failure

Hi, I'm trying to launch Xcode but it fails to do so citing the following message:

Dyld Error Message: Library not loaded: @rpath/DevToolsFoundation.framework/Versions/A/ DevToolsFoundation Referenced from: /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/MacOS/Xcode Reason: image not found

What does this mean? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
