Any reason to upgrade from Xcode 3.0?

Are there any good reasons to upgrade from Xcode 3.0 to the latest one even if you are not doing iPhone dev?
Have there been some good bug fixes, and features added for normal use?
Or are there downsides that make it not worth the trouble?
