It amazes a whole lot of people, marc, especially the newer iPhone developers who would be more than greatful for a strictly legal place to discuss their problems with other developers but unfortunately Apple hasn't shown that they're about to introduce such a means of communication for us developers.

indeed. to be honest, it *amazes* me that Apple wouldn't have some sort of mailing list, newsgroup or forum that *is* under NDA, where such matters could be discussed...
