Are you sure you have Xcode installed correctly? That library should
be present in /usr/lib. You might want to try reinstalling the
latest version of Xcode.
If you drag-copied the Developer folder to that machine, or didn't
choose the (forget what it's called) System Tools when installing, you
won't have developer-oriented parts in /usr.
