CVS on Leopard

Hi,

This is my first set-up cvs server. Since Leopard has Time Machine, I decided to have cvs run on the Leopard Mac.

I'm trying to connect a CVS repository on Leopard Mac but the next line always returns "Connection refused" error.

$ cvs -d ":pserver:email@hidden:2401/Volumes/xxx/cvsroot" login

I have also tried this on the same mac on which the cvs repository was set up instead of remote mac.

I tried using the cvs on the remote mac without using ":pserver:xxxx" line, this is, "cvs import xxxxx" or "cvs checkout xxx" worked fine.

I thought it might be a password problem and made the passwd file in a CVSROOT directory again as "norio:xxxx:norio". However it doesn't help.

I don't do anything about launchd stuff. Is this a problem?

If so, and if possible, would you tell me how to do that?

Thank you.

Best regards,
Norio
