Interface Builder question, I want a button in System Prefs

I like the +/- buttons you see below the list of interfaces in the Network
section of System Preferences.  I thought I could nab these by opening the
System Preferences nib in IB alas they ain't there.

Does anyone know where I find the Network prefpane nib?
