Jonathan,
I hope you *get* how many people are interested in causing you to see
something new with Cocoa/IB/Xcode. Follow bbum's advice: it's like
getting advice straight from Yoda himself. Leaving IB behind is an
advanced topic and not to be undertaken lightly or at the beginning of
one's learning curve, unless you're creating a game.
