whenever I search for some class, I get a panel "File Not Found"
from Xcode, but the results are shown correctly, e.g. UIApplication
doc.
The likely issue here is that bad login info is in the keychain. If
you are getting a panel to login to ADC, make sure you are using the
account that has iPhone privileges, and make sure the password is
entered correctly.
If Xcode is not presenting a panel, use the Keychain Access app and
delete the 'connect.apple.com' entry, then try updating the docs
again. You should get a login panel at that point.

This started with iPhone 3.1 documentation update. I deleted the 3.1
docset and re-downloaded, but behaviour stays the same.
Any way to prevent those annoying "File not Found" panels from
showing up?
Thanks,
izidor
P.S. Also, when I try to subscribe for 3.1.2, Xcode gives me "Failed
to subscribe to documentation feed at http://developer.apple.com/rss/
com.apple.adc.documentation.AppleiPhone3_1_2.atom."
P.P.S. This problem also showed on stackoverflow, and I copied the
title from there, to help searching...
