Currently, moving things the way you're doing doesn't tell the index
that the nib has moved. If you had reindexed (Project -> Edit
Project Settings -> General tab, Reindex button at the bottom) you
would've gotten the same result.
If refactoring has problems like this, reindexing should be your
first to let you continue with your work.
Thanks for the feedback. Is there a better way to accomplish moving
the files around, then?
