If your machine is compromised to the point of allowing the "upload"
and "execute" steps of that scenario, the "compile" part is trivial,
even if the machine doesn't have any developer tools installed. (i.e.
if they can upload and execute, they can upload and execute a
compiler, or they can compile executables locally on their own machine
and just upload and execute those).
