That text was probably written before 10.6 was out, and "and higher"
refers to 10.5.1, 10.5.2, etc.
Xcode 3.2 still supports the 10.4 SDK and Carbon. I guess you're only
problem is ICC. Does intel not have a version that supports 10.6 yet?
