this happens when you press cmd-g and xcode won't cycle to the first occurrence when it's at the last one, isn't it? i have this too. i just use the home button and put the cursor at the top of the page manually. i assume there's no trick to handle this, it's just a bug. fortunately it doesn't happen every time and let's hope that xcode 4 fixes it.
