I'm not aware of any. My guess had been that the Simulator SDK is there only to provide libraries for the use of the Simulator.

If my guess is right, I don't know why it has to be a complete SDK you could compile against. Maybe it's for the internal benefit of Apple, or it has to be visible as a full SDK to keep the developer tools happy (like providing symbols for Instruments and the Debugger).
