Yes.

Yes. Speaking of that, I really wish they'd pick a different way of showing user-changed settings instead of bold, because the bold text is kinda hard to spot when you have the items selected (the text is white instead of black). Like, stick an icon to the left of the setting name.

I'm not sure what you're asking. What I see are all the settings, and the settings in question are truly set to the value I mentioned before; NO in the project and YES in the target. I copied the values directly from those lists and pasted them into my email message.
