We have not maintained Fix and Continue for quite a while; instead, we've been focusing on making the linker faster. The feature has not been removed, but its usefulness is ebbing over time.
F&C generally only works for applications, and only for specific kinds of changes. We have not qualified it for iPhone developement, garbage-collected applications, or other modern additions to Mac OS X programming.
