It was suggested to me that Xcode search results are causing Xcode's memory footprint to increase every day, and that deleting older search results will fix the problem.  Supposedly, you select the older search results in the Find Results smart group and press Delete.

Indeed, I am a prolific user of Find In Project (*) and I have never deleted the results.


(*) Sorry, but it's always faster and usually more reliable than Refactor...
