Hi,
Yes and No....
For starters: Mac OS X does not have something like "Windows Terminal Services" Where you can use the system for a multiple number of simultaneous user sessions.
You do not create a "Terminal Server" of the Mac while using VNC Server.....
1: VNC Server is already included on the Mac: Using Remote Desktop you can enable it.
2: Of course multiple PC (VNC clients) can access the Mac, but they will see the same session. And then can access Xcode
In order to do developing Cocoa code, you will have to us a Mac per developer.
