[iphone] SDK 3.2 and 4 beta

Hi,
1. Is it possible to have on one computer SDK 3.2 and 4 beta at the same time?
2. If answer is yes, I guess I need to upgrade the phone software as well to 4?
3. If that is correct, can I still test apps written in 3.2 and submit them to Apple?
I guess all these should work, but if there is something to be aware of before downloading 4, kindly let me know.
