Thank, Joey and Laurent.  While Xcode 3.2.5 was re-downloading today (I'd deleted the .dmg), I built my app several times and noticed that there were no warnings.  Very strange since I was getting them all day yesterday, and I have not even relaunched Xcode since yesterday.  I then deleted the product, did a Clean All Targets, touched a xib file, rebuilt, and to my surprise, *still* no warnings.

My conclusion is that Xcode 3.2.5 just needs to "settle in" for a few days :|  Not wanting to re-break something that has started working, I'll just keep that .dmg inside the bottle.

I'll reply again if things change.
