 After you've done that, quit Xcode and reopen it. Your main window will be gone, and you'll only have the second window.

 Also, run an application in the debugger. It will suddenly open debugger stuff in the second window (with the toolbar and many other vital controls hidden). Also, it will screw up the window in other creative ways.

 They seem to have started on multi-window support, but it's buggy to the point of unusability.
