The only thing I can think of is to go into the Xcode project and remove the files that begin with your username. In Finder, do Show Package Contents on YourProject.xcodeproj and you should see some combination of YourUserName.mode1v3, YourUserName.mode1v3, and YourUserName.pbxuser. I would save these files somewhere and include them when you submit the bug report.
That was it! Removing the .pbxuser and .mode1v3 files fixed my problem.
Thanks for the suggestion. Should have thought of this myself, but
apparently I did not.
I guess this can still be considered a bug, but for me the severity
dropped to 0 now. I still have the original files and crash logs, but
I'm not sure if it makes sense to file a bug at this point.
