Archive and "Not Single Bundle"

I've got everything ready for the mac appstore, and this is the last hurdle. When I archive my app, I get the "not a single bundle" error when I try to submit. There is only one executable, there are no headers moved in, but there is a bunch of dylibs inside the application (all that I compiled.)

Strangely, my archive contains some of my development folders at the same level as the application. I deleted them, but it still won't let me submit.

Is this the dylibs? Do you need to be static (I hope not, that'll be a big hassle!) What else could cause this? Can I get further information from the organizer window somehow so I know specifically what it thinks the second bundle is?
