System header collision - XCode 4 OS 10.7

An open source Xcode based project declares a project header Block.h.

Importing Foundation.h ultimately attempts to load the system header Block.h.
However, the project header is loaded in place of the system header and disaster results.

What is the best way to ensure that the system header gets loaded?
