This is technically true, but in practice it doesn't really work well. Aside from the fact that the new windows have a lot of chrome (even when collapsed), try this: Open a .m and a .h in two separate windows.

Then from the .m file, invoke the "show counterpart" command (I don't remember what it's called). It should just bring the .h window you already have open forward. But the last time I tried this, it switched the contents of the .m with the contents of the .h.
