No, the 10.6 SDK gives a lot of useless warnings, due to bugs in the newer system that Apple refuses to resolve.
Which warnings? What bug numbers have you filed these under?
6864Several, mostly related to the newer way to define document types (UTIs). 7202410, 6867507, 6866294, 6864895 6146398. There may have been more issues I didn't think right now. But basically my conclusion was that the 10.6 SDK didn't work for me.
