Switching to the counterpart still has a keyboard shortcut, it's just a new keyboard shortcut: Cmd+Ctrl+UpArrow / DownArrow. This command now allows you to cycle between counterparts, if you have more than one (for example Foo.h, Foo.m, FooPrivate.h). As always, you can also three-finger-swipe up / down to switch between counterparts, if you have a (modern) trackpad.
