I just tried to get 4.2. The Developer site sent me to the App Store, but the button which I expect to say "Free" or "Download", says "Installed". It's not. I have 4.1 on my machine. This seems to think I already have 4.2

From a 10.5 machine, clicking the 4.2 for Lion link takes me to a Snow Leopard download, but at least I can get the dmg. From a 10.7 machine, I can't seem to get a dmg at all, it just wants me to use the App Store. (This is from the Mac dev page, I can't test the iOS page since I can't agree to their terms.)
