Updated IB Guide?

Hello.

Can someone point me to an updated InterfaceBuilder guide for Xcode 4.4.1? I just don't understand how the new constraints work and just don't want my window to resize to display the entire content of a textfield! I looked at the IB guide part of the doc but it's still showing the old size inspector.
