You get it right.
My point was that there is no way to get in one click. I know that most configurations are possible if you like to lose time to open tab and drag windows and stretch views.
I can probably spend time to configure a named tab that I will then invoke at will, but Xcode 4 is bad at retaining windows configuration, and it cannot shared layout between workspaces (so I have to configure it for each workspace).
And viewing the WWDC videos confirms my impression that you have to love to use the mouse and resize views if you want to works with Xcode 4.
