There are also some combinations that won't work as expected, depending on the behaviors you have set up. I have my Build Starts behavior set to show a tab named Build. If I set Product->Build For->Archiving to command-option-shift-m, pressing that key equiv will trigger the weird "choose the location where you want this window to appear" thing (navigation chooser) to happen (even though it's a tab and not a window), which should only be triggered by option-shift-CLICK.

You also can't steal command-option-m from the Minimize All menu item.
