Probably should get one, since it's only $99. Same as filling up the gas tank about 2 times.

Xcode is a complex product. The blogger needs to file a bug report and do some work with his/her settings.
There was nothing useful at that URL.
Xcode works well here. Reading a ranting blog is a waste of time.
