Looking for a console replacement plugin, I did notice that there appear to b a few plugins for Xcode4 and a nice Xcode 3 plugin to allow the older app to support unsupported languages/compilers.

What is nice here is this site goes into detail on Xcode 3's plugin structure. If it hasn't changed much in Xcode 4, this this is good information to have.
