lldb. It's 100% reproducible it so far, but I've only been using 4.5 for a short time. I'm pretty sure I saw it in 4.4 as well, but not all the time.

Yes. I made a Cocoa OS X app, add 4 printf's to the applicationDidFinishLaunching method, stuck a breakpoint on the 1st one, then messed around with stepping and dragging the PC. If I drag it back to the 1st printf, stepping will crash. If I step past the 4th printf and drag it back to the 2nd printf, stepping will execute the 4th one, then the 3rd one, then the 4th one. I'd paste my console output here, but I used cuss words in each printf, and this is a family show. In essence, dragging the PC in 4.5 is laughably and totally unreliable.
