None that I know of, and XCode itself has a very serious problem with IB and Voiceover. That said, there are ways of getting code completion suggestions, text colors, and more read aloud with Voiceover. I realize these are not text entry ideas, but aside from dictation I cannot think of anything that might help there. If you need additional help with Voiceover, there are plenty of resources I can suggest, and I ca try to answer questions directly. Feel free to email me off-list with Voiceover-related questions.
