Nearly every place I’ve worked had a rule that only one person could change a NIB/Storyboard/Project file at once. It’s a pain, but whenever I do this, I tell everyone to check in, do the mod, check it in and then normal service is resumed.

I’ve tried merging these types of files before, but never managed to make it work.

This is mostly with git recently.
