Filing good Xcode server bugs

Hey Xcode Users,
  My team is using Xcode Server for continuous integration across our iOS projects. We’re running in to a number of issues with the bots and the server process.

What comprises a good bug for this component?

For example I figure that issues related to memory or hanging tests should include a sysdiagnose archive, but what else? Are the contents of /Library/Server/Xcode helpful?
