This is all internal build files. Deleting it will just make all your Xcode projects build from scratch the next time.

Don’t know about that.

I believe this is where the simulator stores app data. I think you could delete it, but it’s probably safer to use the Reset command in the simulator.

By definition, anything in Caches is safe to delete.
