Can I delete these folders?

Can I delete the following folders? Without occurring evil consequences that is?
Xcode starting a little bit slower, because it has to re-index a project again, would NOT be considered an evil consequence.
Here the list:
23.3 GB ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData
13.0 GB ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/iOS DeviceSupport
constains old looking folders like: 5.1.1 (9B206), 6.1.3 (10B329) etc.
keep just one: 7.1.2 (11D257)
1.3 GB ~/Library/Application Support/iPhone Simulator
contains folders like: 7.1-64, 5.0, 3.2, etc., which all look kind of old
2.6 GB ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.dt.Xcode
contains (among other stuff) Downloads folder with com.apple.adc.documentation.AppleXcode.DeveloperTools-512.13.dmg et al.
