Yes. Any data here will be regenerated if needed.

Any of these can be deleted *iff* you don’t need to symbolicate crash logs from the given version (e.g. if you don’t have an app that runs on 5.1.1, there’s no reason to keep the 5.1.1 directory/directories)
If you still have a device running a particular version, the directory will be recreated by Xcode when you attach the device.

Any of these can be deleted and will be recreated as necessary.

They’re caches. Delete away, they will be recreated as necessary.
