:), so had to look for myself. Found it.
First off, now in Xcode 6, your simulators are listed under your devices. Here you can create devices with different attributes, operating systems, screen size, etc.
Next to each device listed is the specs on it. Name, Simulated Model, iOS version, and Identifier. Note the device you’re building in, and the identifier that goes along with it.
Next go to ~/Library/Developer/CoreSimulator/Devices/<DEVICE_ID_FROM_ABOVE/data/Containers/Bundle/Application/<ID_OF_APP_LIKE_OLD_SIM>/your.app
With that being said, I wonder if the old iPhone Simulator folder can actually be removed. Don’t take my thoughts as advice on that one ;)
