Deleted the folder.
New DerivedData was created, containing just my current project + ModuleCache (145 MB).

Deleted all but 7.1.2 (11D257), as all my iOS devices run 7.1.2.
Now just 2 GB.

Renamed this to "iPhone Simulator (old)". Could see no effect on Simulator.
I am using Xcode 6 beta 3, but "Application Support/iPhone Simulator" does NOT contain anything with 8.0 at all.
Maybe the new Simulator is using some other place to store it's data.

Deleted the folder.
A new one was created, containing just 381 KB.
Now I am relieved by the amount of 37 GB. Very good indeed.
Kind regards,
Gerriet.
