Workspaces aren’t meant to be shared, and they become touchy when you try. Unlike projects, they don’t care whether their contents are in a single directory tree or structure within some tree. The constituent projects may be in arbitrary locations, the expectation being that each developer should be free to place them, or to include or omit constituents, as desired, without the need to coordinate with others. Different developers have different work, and different needs for a working set.
Breakpoints are the same: You’re debugging code segments others probably are not. They are not interested in the specific breaks you need for your part of the job; if you want to share breaks across projects or across users, you have to say it explicitly.
