Kyle. I completely understand.

I've already reported issues just like these several times.

My experience related to using the bugtracker reporting issues just like these tells me my time will be wasted.

I have used the tool. I have reported the issues.

In the best case, nothing happened. In the worst, the issues I reported got worse.

This sends me, the user, several very clear messages.

And in case you're wondering if I've always been bitter about this, I used to personally run the bug reporting effort that made sure all developer bugs that were reported were entered, reviewed and addressed back in the mid to late '90s at Macromedia for Director and Shockwave. I owned the process, the database and handled the relations with the users and worked alongside the developers.

There's only so many times you can report an issue and contact the vendor about problems and then you let someone else fight it while you shake your head and think "what the hell are they thinking. Just who thought this was a good idea?"
