You could try deleting the whole directory under your name (or at least moving it aside temporarily). There is one other location in Xcode to check: Preferences -> Locations. The only other place I can think of that might be keeping the old value around might be your user preferences, but it seems unlikely to find this there.
I’m not sure what else to suggest.
