having to click a few times to change the settings is definitely not an optimum UI in the context of a text editor inside XCode.
Definitely agree. Getting to the “Find options” pop-up is annoying; I wish it were right there next to the text field. (And there could also be an “immediate” or “incremental” checkbox, which you could then turn off and be happy.)
