One more thing to try, find your .xcodeproj in the Finder (make sure it isn't open in Xcode), right-click and Show Package Contents, then drill down through xcuserdata/<username>.xcuserdatad/xcdebugger/ and delete the Breakpoints_v2.xcbkptlist file. It's worth a shot.
