Warnings from some subproject are not shown in main issue navigator

Hi,

I have a large (mac) project which contains several subproject that build static libraries that are linked to the main application.

After upgrading to XCode 7.3 (although I’m not 100% sure it started with that but this is a new situation) I discovered that after making changes in a file of one of the subproject I build and see no issues in the issue navigator while looking in the report navigator I see the errors. I also don’t see any error indication in the file itself.
More puzzling is the fact that this is true only for some of the subproject. Others continue to behave normally and warnings are shown in the main issues navigators.
Errors are shown as usual.

Is anyone familiar with this issue?

TIA

Eyal Redler
