Install Location, Build Location

I am building a PrefPane. For the debug configuration, I would like the
prefpane to end up in the Per-Configuration Build Products Path, but I would
also like a Symbolic Link to it to be placed in my ~/Library/PreferencePanes
folder.

Do I need to set the PrefernecePane folder as the Build folder and the
Install Folder as something else?

My Project structure is /Project/Build/Products/Debug and this is where I
want the real .prefPane output to go, but I want a symbolic link to it
placed so that System Preferences can see it.

How can I get xcode to do this?

Thanks,

Trygve
