Yeah, I remember someone (was it you?) asking about a guide for writing frameworks a while ago.
Tell you what, I have to mess with trying to package up the storyboards and images and see how I can use those to encapsulate a storyboard and classes that will serve as the UI launching point for a proof of principle module.
If I can get this to work and be useful and build automatically from the project that links to it, I'll be happy to share my approach. Of course, this means that I'll expect you guys to tell me why I did wrong.
It would be really great if we could formalize a process to handle this as I feel it would be of great use to the iOS community.
Cheers

So, I decided first to learn what Apple thinks is the difference between these things for iOS: Cocoa Touch Static Library target Cocoa Touch Framework target Aggregate target
Is there any documentation anywhere within Xcode 7.x or on Apple's Developer Portal that describes Aggregate targets?
There’s almost no documentation about any of this, AFAIK. There’s a vast empty area between the superficial “click this button in this window” Xcode docs and the actual build-system man pages. This is crying out for a big fat book, like “Xcode: The Missing Manual”, but I’ve never seen a book like that either.
