It’s in File -> Project Settings (or Workspace Settings, if your project
is within an explicit workspace), then click Advanced. You should be able to
reconfigure build locations there, including setting them back to the modern
defaults.
Great, thanks for pointing that out. I have to admit, I've never noticed that
in the File menu before; I just mistakenly assumed that all the project
settings would be in the project file.
